4So far so good
By Katherine
I bought this tent for solo motorcycle camping. I almost bought the 1P version of this tent based on other reviewers saying it was so spacious, but my experience of one person tents has been terrible so in the end I decided not to chance it - I got the 2P. I'm glad I did. Don't believe those other reviews - the tent sizing on this is no different from any other brand - you still have to divide by two, if you want to be able to bring your helmet and leathers in out of the rain.I haven't used it in any frog stranglers yet, just one long weekend in the Smokey Mountains. In light rain it kept the water out better than any double wall tent I ever had. I was afraid of condensation so the first night I tried to sleep with one of the door flaps tied open. This was silly - it was too cold to have that open and I couldn't sleep because my nose was like an ice cube. I closed the flap and it quickly got comfortable. The next two nights, I just closed it when I went to bed, and I never had any condensation. Temps were probably around 40, all three nights and the dew was heavy on the grass in the mornings. On the second night there was some light rain, and in the morning I could see water droplets on the roof, but the inside was bone dry, even in the corners. At least in the single wall part of the tent. The end by the doors is like a conventional double wall tent, so you have to be careful not to touch the inside of the fly, or water drips from it, just like any tent with a fly. There is none of this in the single wall section. I can push my leathers right up next to the wall in the corner, and they stay dry.It was moderately windy, but the airbeams held the tent up every bit as well as poles would, and I think it was actually less noisy than a conventional tent, because the rounded shape sheds wind, and there aren't any sharp edges to catch it and act like a sail. Also, I think it would hold up better in a gale - if the wind blew hard enough to overcome the airbeams, they would give, and then when they could they would spring right back up, in a situation where poles would break. The airbeams are plenty stout, and well protected by the tent fabric. I would not worry about them springing a leak, and even if they did they should be easily patched. The setup is super easy. Just stake it and inflate it. I did not try to inflate it from inside the way they suggest in the literature, but I'm sure it would work. The stakes are good, much better than those annoying wire stakes that bend on the first pebble. Which is good because you gotta have them; the tent is not freestanding. The description says you can choose whether to have a vestibule, or additional interior space. I'm tall and I think it would be claustrophobic to make that space a vestibule. But that's OK, I can set my side cases on the ground outside; they are water proof so they don't need a vestibule. There is room for two pairs of shoes under the edge of the tent by the center door and this is good enough for me.The specs claim the tent packs down to 7" x 14". The marketing person who wrote this was out of their mind. There is no way this tent could be squished down that small. The stuff sack it comes with is a compression sack of sorts (only two straps), but I have only been able to squish the tent into the bag, far enough to close it so I can tighten the compression straps, one time. That was when it was wet - I think it softens a bit in the water and therefore stuffs better. Maybe when it gets older and more broken in it will stuff easier. (Note, I tried both folding it carefully, and just plain stuffing it. Stuffing worked better but neither gave the promised small pack size.) For now, I bought a slightly larger compression sack, one with four straps. Larger is easier to get it into, in the first place, and four straps lets me squish it down better. This gets it down to a ball about the size of a large full face helmet. I don't put the pump or the stakes in the compression sack because I don't want the stakes tearing the tent, and besides there just isn't enough room! This is basically my only complaint about the tent - it doesn't pack nearly as small as I had hoped. I'm subtracting one star for that. The rest is all good.

5nemo morph 2p
By pilgrim09
Took abit of a gamble buying this tent due to never seeing them in person (pole free tents). Was lighlty scepticle but did my homework on you tube and loads of outdoor equipment reviews. I got it for mtn bike and motorbike tours and id say its about on the money. Usually id expect a 2P tent to really be a comfy 1p with gear, but this is super spacious to my delight. All seams look to be tighly welded and the zippers etc are all very high grade. The other thing i was scepticle about was the single skin/condensation problem. dont even be concerned unless you plan on boiling water inside the damn thing, theres enough ventilation/run off areas to keep the moat outside. has 8 tidy alloy pegs which work well, however arent very widely bladed for the softer surfaces, they compromised for weight and size on this and i think did a good job. Id highly recommend buying the footprint for it, for an extra 40 bucks it could quadruble the life of the tent. All in all, impressed. Wind doesnt bother it either(with the right pegs).

5quality tent
By Roland S. Teruya
Primarily use it on the beach with me and gf. We find the morpho 2p to be huge. Very spacious and tall. More than enough to fit 2 people and gear inside. I think it could even fit three, or 2 adults and 1-2 kids. Not sure which way it should be into the wind but we have been facing it with the rear into the wind. When set up in that direction the air flow through the tent has been amazingly good. At times it seemed to be too good and got cold inside. We have been caught in down pours with 30+mph winds and we stayed completely dry. Once it was raining so hard I became a bit concerned and checked the weather report, there was a flash flood warning in our area, we just hunkered down and woke completely dry in the morning
