RAIN FLY: WATER PROOF! 3000mm polyurethane coated & fully seam taped. Mesh vents are built into the rain fly to help promote air flow, reduce condensation build up and keep bugs out! Rain fly pitch first. 210T polyester taffeta. UV coated. 6-7 stitches per inch.
INNER TENT: Large, separate inner tents offers occupants privacy. Huge living area perfect for storing equipment, eating meals or lounging around. Solid fabric doors with built in mesh door panels and mesh vents to help promote air flow, reduce condensation build up and keep bugs out! Add or remove sleeping rooms depending on how many occupants you have an how much storage space you need. Leave out one or more inner tents and you have a large, free standing shelter. 190T breathable polyester
FLOOR: Polyethylene, totally waterproof - fully sewn in ground sheet in the SLEEPING AREAS
A tub style, fitted, removable ground sheet in the LIVING AREA that is attached to the rain fly with the use of hooks and toggles. REMOVABLE means you can easily detach and clean the floor and the rest of the tent including the sleeping areas and rain fly!
GUY ROPES: Polyester interwoven with reflective 3M Scotch-lite thread for increased visibility in low light conditions. Large PP webbing straps: are strategically placed at the apex of each tent pole at either end of the tent for maximum resistance and tension to help keep the shape of your tent and maintain the curvature of the rain fly so that the water resistant fabric sheds moisture and prevents build up and penetration of the fabric
TENT STAKES: Massive, ABS tent stakes bolt your tent firmly into the ground so that the structure maintains its shape in strong wind conditions.
TENT POLES: Ubertech shock corded poles. 45% stronger than regular fiberglass poles. Color coded with the tent sleeves for easy set up.

Some things to beware of when dealing with CEC products:[Note that I bought directly from CEC, not the vendor on Amazon]1. After things went awry with my order, I tried researching the company. I found a number for the "c/o" company identified on the CEC web site and the person who answered had never heard of the company. I could not find any corporate registration for the company in Washington State.2. Despite posting repeatedly to the web site and the Facebook page, I have not been able to obtain or determine a phone number for CEC.3. The web site showed over 30 Como tents in stock. Mine arrived without poles, and when I made a fuss it turned out that they did not have *any* poles in stock forcing me to wait about two weeks for them. This was after tech support told me first that they were investigating, second that they probably just shipped at the same time in separate boxes, third that they were investigating again, and finally that there were no poles in stock at all. This took several days. Really? They couldn't look this up the first day?4. CEC markets its tents directly at a substantial markup from what you can get through Amazon. I think (but could be wrong) that this just recently occurred, and there was no offer to adjust my price. It is a slap in the face to someone like me who originally ordered directly from CEC.5. The devices for attaching the floor to the walls do not line up. And some of them are so high on the wall that the floor is lifted up high enough for damage to be done if you step on it at the wall. I raised this question with tech support and after then waiting two weeks and asking again and then proving who I was by submitting my original order number (did I mention I had already emailed this guy about thirty times?) and waiting another two weeks, they offered to give me 10% on my next purchase. Right. The tent floor when attached to the connection points that are properly placed is lifted well off the ground and doesn't look like the pictures.6. The tent is big. With a family of six, that is good for us. But it is a bit of a pain to set up. For one thing, you really have to tweak the setup to get rid of all the "blousing" that seems occur and get the walls reasonably taut. I guess that is acceptable, but it isn't great. So far, I cannot tell that the quality exceeds other widely available tents. I wish someone else made tents of this size, but I just wasn't thrilled with other tents I found. The stitching seems reasonably good. We haven't camped in any significant rain, but I'm optimistic. We did have a little water get in on our first outing, but I'm not yet sure the tent was to blame.7. Your warranty is basically, set up the tent when you get it and let us know if there is anything wrong within seven days. If there isn't or you don't find it, you are on your own. Also, remember: no phone number. You have to hope the web people (one guy as far as I can tell) get back to you promptly.8. If you post anything negative to the Facebook page, it will be removed. Usually more quickly than you can get a response from support.9. The tent would rate higher with me if it weren't for the lack of serious product support or even a phone number. It isn't a bad tent (as far as I can tell). But I probably wouldn't go through this again. I didn't buy through Amazon, but you should research the seller.

This is a nice huge family tent. We used it for 4 holidays/years with much pleasure. 1 large cabin (the master bedroom, enough space for 2 parents and all camping gear) en 2 smaller cabins. The living space between the cabins is large enough for a table and 4 chairs, it has lots of space.The material is of good quality.
